Fahad Ahmed, MBA
Mr. Ahmed has 20 years’ experience in developing innovative solutions. He's received Innovation of the Year recognition from two different fortune 500 companies for his contribution.
He has in-depth knowledge of value-based care and end-to-end encounter data management. He’s built data platforms that support risk adjustment data oversight and controls. He has developed numerous data reconciliation and audit systems to ensure complete and accurate submission to and payment from CMS.
In his prior role at Optum, he collaborated with numerous provider groups and health plans to successfully migrate from RAPs to EDS. He has helped developed strategies to mitigate risk associated with the transition and assisted in meeting CMS guidelines. The strategies focus on HCC adds and deletes to ensure accurate CMS payment and reduced risk of RADV audit.

Mr. Veppumthara is an experienced Project/Program Manager with 16 years of financial services, federal government, and energy industry experience in delivering successful solutions, internal and external customer service and client management.
He has led several transformational, cross-functional strategic initiatives specialized in Delivery, Delivery Digital Online Web (.com) and Mobile. He has specialized expertise in the areas of: functional business analysis, process improvement, requirement gathering and definition, systems integration, digital marketing, customer experience design, web and mobile optimization, user acceptance testing, deployments, content management and project management.
He has also led several agile (SAFe) and waterfall system development initiatives from inception to deployment.
